december is it?

Sometimes its hard to believe that its already December and almost the end of the year. Where did all the time go? Feels like it just FLIES by...I had a three day weekend this weekend. I can't even remember Friday..lol...Feels like so much went on and happened. LOL ! Between shopping, going out, running errands, chores, going to the gym, hanging with fam, hard to remember what I even did or ate. :) But as far as something new, a friend and I joined a gym. We're doing good so far. Sticking to cardio of course- Just be fit and active. Sweated the last time I went and as a fan of NOT sweating, it actually felt like a reward than the disgusting annoyance I usually pertain it to. I don't want to jinx it but I think I enjoy this going to the gym thing. And I'm glad I picked a friend that has a good pace and can go at a drop of the hat, which keeps the motivation level from diminishing. I mean we have our scheduled days but she lives close enough we can have unscheduled days too! Yup, i'm very excited !! God willing, I'll keep at it and I'll love myself for it come summertime !! Root for me!!
