black rose

I just feel like I have to post a note on this b/c it's my first time receiving a black rose. LOL. I went out dancing this weekend and this one guy standing next to me extends to me a black rose. Mind you it was made from a paper napkin. I glance at it and say - what am I going to do with a black rose. My friend standing on the other side of me says to him with a shake of her head- don't u have a red rose, geez. The look on the guy's face was priceless. I'm not normally mean, but its not like we were all there, so it happens. He was just working with what he had. I think he knew we were joking. :) I feel bad now, but it was hilarious. LOL - But, yeah ---my first black rose..aahhh.
